1. Return eligibility & window

Non-custom items: return within 30 days from delivery if unused/unwashed, with tags & original packaging, and proof of purchase.

Personalized / made-to-order items: final sale. We only fix/replace/refund if there is a manufacturing defect, print error, shipping damage, wrong item, or clear mismatch vs. approved order details.
2. How to request a return (RMA)
Email support@printsygift.com within the return window and include:

Clear photos/video of the item and packaging
If approved, we send RMA instructions . Ship back within 10 days after approval. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Shipping costs

Our fault: we cover return shipping (prepaid label or reasonable reimbursement) and provide replacement/refund.

Change of mind (non-custom only): customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once used.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy after we receive and approve the return.
5. EU 14-day right
EU customers may return eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery (unused, tags, original packaging). This does not apply to personalized/made-to-order items unless defective/not as described.
