SHIPPING POLICY

At Printsygift, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME

All orders undergo a production process before shipment to ensure the highest quality.

  • Handling Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Process Includes: Printing, cutting, sewing, and rigorous quality checks.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT+7). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

2. SHIPPING RATES & TRANSIT TIMES

The estimated delivery time is a combination of our Handling Time and Transit Time. All rates are displayed in USD.

*Note: "Business days" exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system.
  • If you do not receive an email within 7 business days, please contact support@printsygift.com.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

  • USA, UK, and Europe: Duties and taxes are calculated and applied at checkout. You will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
  • Switzerland and Norway: Duties are not charged at checkout. You may be responsible for local customs fees upon arrival.
  • Other International Orders: Customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes if applicable.

5. ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We can only apply address changes before the order has been handed over to the carrier. Once shipped, modifications are not guaranteed.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience in these rare instances.
