1. When refunds are available
We may issue a refund in these cases:

Approved return of an eligible item under our Return Policy

Defective, damaged, or incorrect item confirmed by us (manufacturing defect / printing error / shipping error).

Cancellation before production if production has not started and we confirm cancellation.
2. Non-refundable items & charges
Refunds are not available for:

Personalized/made-to-order items without verified defect/error.

Gift cards or store credit.
-
Original shipping fees after the order has shipped (including express upgrades).
-
Customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees charged by third parties.
-
Loss caused by an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer if the carrier confirms delivery to that address.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where applicable.
3. Refund processing

After we receive and inspect the return (or verify the issue), we process approved refunds within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or store credit if the original method is unavailable.

Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
4. Partial refunds
We may apply a partial refund if the returned item shows use/wear not caused by us, missing parts, or only part of an order is returned. We will inform you before processing.
5. Late or missing refunds
If you don’t see the refund after confirmation, check with your bank/payment provider. If it’s still missing after 15 business days, email support@printsygift.com with your order ID.
6. Disputes/chargebacks
