Printsygift (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). This policy applies to content on printsygift.com that we control. This policy is for information only and is not legal advice.

3. DMCA Takedown Notice (How to submit)
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, include:

Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typed full legal name).

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).

Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough details to locate it (e.g., exact URLs, product page links, screenshots).

Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).

A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If your notice is incomplete, we may be unable to process it. We may share the notice (or a summary) with the party related to the reported content and as required by law.
4. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may:

Review the notice for completeness

Remove or disable access to the material where appropriate

Notify the relevant user/customer
5. Counter-Notification (If removed in error)
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

Your signature.

Identification of the removed material and where it appeared (exact URL).

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).

A statement consenting to jurisdiction of a U.S. Federal District Court (as required by DMCA), and accepting service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
Send your counter-notification to support@printsygift.com with subject line “DMCA Counter-Notification.”
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless we receive notice that the original complainant filed a court action.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
We may suspend or terminate access, accounts, or customer relationships for users we determine to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion. We may also restrict uploads or cancel orders we reasonably believe may infringe others’ rights.
7. Misrepresentations
Anyone who knowingly misrepresents infringement (or misrepresents a removal as mistaken) may be liable for damages under the DMCA. Please submit notices and counter-notices only with a genuine good-faith belief.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time by posting an updated version with a new effective date.
