Cancellation & Modification

1. Overview

Most products from Printsygift are personalized and made to order. Because production often begins soon after you place an order, there is a limited time window during which we can cancel or modify your order.

This Cancellation & Modification Policy explains when changes are possible and how to request them. It should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Refund Policy.


2. When You Can Cancel Your Order

2.1 Before Production Has Started
If you contact us very soon after placing your order and production has not started, we may be able to cancel your order in full.
When cancellation is approved, your payment will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

2.2 After Production Has Started (But Before Shipping)
Once your personalized item has entered production (printing, cutting, or sewing), cancellation is usually no longer possible because the product is being made specifically for you.
In limited cases, a partial refund or store credit may, at our discretion, be offered depending on how far the order has progressed and whether the product can be reused.

2.3 After Your Order Has Shipped
After your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Any request at this stage will be handled under our Return Policy and Refund Policy, if applicable.


3. Modifying Your Order

You may request certain changes shortly after placing your order. However, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible once production has begun.

3.1 Personalization Changes (Name, Number, Text, etc.)
If you made a mistake in your personalization details (e.g., name, number, text), please contact us immediately at support@printsygift.com.
If production has not started, we will try to update the design with your corrected details.
Once production or printing has started, we cannot modify the personalization. In that case, any correction will require a new order.

3.2 Size, Color, or Product Changes
Requests to change size, color, or product type must be made before production begins.
If production has already started, such changes are normally not possible because the personalized item is already in progress.

3.3 Quantity Changes
Adding items: If you wish to add items, we recommend placing a new order. In some cases, we may be able to combine shipping if the original order is still processing.
Removing items: If the items have not yet entered production, we may be able to remove them and adjust your order amount.

3.4 Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@printsygift.com.
Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee any address change, redirection, or interception. In such cases, you may need to contact the carrier directly.


4. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

To request a cancellation or modification, please email our customer service team as soon as possible:

Include the following details in your message:

  • Your full name and the email used for the order

  • Your order ID or order number

  • A clear description of the change you would like to make (cancel, correct name, change size, update address, etc.)

We will review your request and let you know whether the cancellation or modification is still possible, based on the current status of your order in our production process.


5. Discount Codes and Price Adjustments

Discount codes and promotions must be applied at the time of checkout.
If you forget to apply a code, please contact us quickly. If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to apply the discount manually. This is not guaranteed and is subject to our internal review.
We do not routinely offer price adjustments or refunds if an item goes on sale after you have placed your order.


6. Orders We May Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or high-risk transactions

  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to typographical or system errors

  • Inability to fulfill the order due to stock, production, or logistics issues

  • Orders that include offensive, illegal, or infringing customization text or designs

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a refund according to our Refund Policy.
