Refund policy

At Printsygift, we want every customer to have a positive shopping experience. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we are here to help. Please review the policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.


1. RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

Non-custom items
Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Personalized / Made-to-order items
Because these items are produced specifically for your order, they cannot be returned due to change of mind. However, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if the item arrives:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect due to a production error

  • Significantly different from the approved order details


2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN (RMA)

To ensure your return is processed correctly, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@printsygift.com within the return window.

  2. Include your Order ID, reason for the request, and clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging.

  3. If the request is approved, we will send you Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions.

Returns must be shipped within 10 days after receiving RMA approval.

Please note: Returns sent without RMA authorization may be refused.


3. REFUND POLICY

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Approved returns of eligible items

  • Verified defective, damaged, or incorrect products

  • Order cancellations requested before production begins

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm it meets the return requirements, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the credit appears in your account.


4. SHIPPING COSTS & FEES

If the issue is caused by us
(Defective, damaged, or incorrect item)

  • We will cover the return shipping cost

  • A prepaid return label or reasonable reimbursement will be provided

Change of mind (Non-custom items only)

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.


5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Personalized items without verified manufacturing defects

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Original shipping costs once the order has shipped

  • Express shipping upgrades

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or third-party carrier fees

  • Orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer (if the carrier confirms delivery)


6. EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers located in the European Union have the right to return eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

This right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products, unless the item is defective or not as described.

Some products are manufactured and fulfilled through our international production partners, therefore approved returns may be directed to our fulfillment center listed above.
